Complete Financial Services, Inc. was founded by Louis E. Najjar in 1982 as an Illinois Corporation. Complete Financial Services was created to address the need for quality service of accounting and tax documentation. Over the years, the company has evolved to assist in all financial services needs focusing specifically on the retail industry, including, liquor stores, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and other small to mid-size businesses.

Louis has been in the accounting field since 1980. Prior to that, he completed his undergraduate degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1977 and went on to receive his MBA at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1980. As an Enrolled Agent and Certified Tax Accountant, Louis is a dedicated tax practitioner. Additionally, he holds his Series 6 & 63 securities registration with LPL Financial along with his Life, Health, Disability, Long-term care and Property & Casualty Insurance license in IL.

Louis brings a comprehensive financial services' approach to individuals, families and business owners. He has been a Financial Representative in the state of Illinois for over 30 years. His concentrations are in Employee Benefits, Profit Sharing, 401 (k) Plans, IRA's, SEP's, Executive Bonus, Deferred Compensation and associated ERISA regulated qualified and non-qualified savings plans.

Louis also guides professional medical and dental practices, small manufacturers, service industries, high tech start-ups and distributors, on retirement for senior partners seeking planned secured benefits while paving the way for junior management to eventually transition.

In sync with the entrepreneur's business financial picture; Louis also provides services to assist families in pursuit of their financial goals. This helps toward assuring family risk assessment & protection, prudent methods of investing, diversified asset allocation, college savings and retirement planning.

Louis has serviced the community for over 3 decades guiding business professionals, executives and management concerning tax regulations, asset protection and tax deferral strategies. Having experience working with owners of start-ups; small to medium sized businesses and growth companies, Louis offers valuable insight required by his clientele as they transition from one stage of growth to another.


Salem P. Najjar, CPA

As a manager at Complete Financial Services, Inc., Salem is committed to developing strong and lasting relationships with clients. Salem leverages his knowledge as a CPA, his experience from working at a Big Four Firm, and his background in small business development to deliver unparalleled value to clients. His concentrations are on developing strategies in the areas of Tax Planning & Compliance, Audit Risk Reduction, Start-Up Business Development, and Business Continuation. Salem handles every client relationship with integrity, quality, responsiveness, discretion, and most importantly, loyalty.

Salem has progressively increased his leadership roles and responsibilities with a variety of clients, serving publicly-traded corporations, tax-exempt organizations, pass-through entities, and high-net worth individuals with professionalism and responsiveness. Salem deals with complex tax issues involving income and liability allocation, transfer pricing, federal tax compliance, and penalties assessed by the IRS . He has extensive experience with research and writing, government regulation, and tax accounting.

Salem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. After obtaining his bachelor's degree, Salem attended the Master's of Science in Taxation program at the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University. While pursing his master's education, Salem successfully completed all four parts of the Uniform Certified Public Accountant examination, passing with high marks and was awarded his CPA license in the State of Michigan.

Salem's experience and education equip him with the knowledge necessary to serve his clients with quality. What sets him apart, is his ability to understand the client's perspective and goals from an entrepreneurial viewpoint. Salem grew up working in family businesses; learning not only what it takes for a business to succeed and grow, but also learning the value of tax and business planning. Salem understands the concerns of business owners, and he leverages this perspective to offer client solutions that plan for both the current and future development of the client's business.

Salem has an innate desire to help entrepreneurs understand their business and personal goals. By working closely with clients to create dynamic accounting and tax strategies, Salem makes growing the client's businesses a top priority.
